In our everyday life, we need inspirational messages that lighten our day. We can go to church to listen to the word of God. Just like us, we went to church at Methodist this morning. The location is just near, its a walking distance. Its my second time already to attend in the Methodist church here in Comembo but for the past Sundays I joined ate and kuya at Cathedral of Praise. Life is complicated. Do you believe in that? But you know even how complicated life is, we can make it simple. How? Well, simplicity depends on you – how do you define it? For me, simplicity is being simple (hehehe!) Just be contented on what you have. If you want to go up, give the best you can and strive harder. children at the sidewalk

I remember when we're going to church during Sundays, we see some children at the sidewalk. They are untidy, thin, malnourished, not wearing slippers and some are sleeping without anything that can protect them. I pity those children. What will happen to them? They are very prone to diseases. Children have weaker resistance and immune system compare to adults. At an early age, there are childhood diseases that occur specially if they are not being nourished well. I can say that almost all countries have a health problem. In situations like this, what the government might do to lessen the problem? How about you as an individual?

Going to Market! Market!

Thanks God for this another day. It's just today that I woke up early coz I slept last night early too. I really felt tired and sleepy last night because we went at Market! Market! yesterday after the service int he church that's why I didn't do my usual routine. Well, we ate first at KFC since it's almost 1:00 PM. After that we roamed around the mall. We saw at the center of the mall people having boxing lessons. They're teaching boxing and at the same time they are also selling boxing equipments. Well, that's life…you'll have to think ways to have more income. Anyway, boxing is one way to relieve stress, to reduce weight, etc. For different tips and informations, visit inspirational webs. The kids enjoyed running and playing even there are many people around them. We're going out only during Sundays when we go to church. I don't know what came to the mind of kuya Raymond coz what me and ate know is we're going home already but kuya changed his mind. Anyway, kuya is another term for older brother while ate is for older sister. After some few hours, we went home already. When we got home it's already 4:00.

While I'm doing some computer works, I saw a mother carrrying her baby the window near my area. The mother is singing a lullaby until her baby slept. After a while the baby cried. What might be the reason? There are factors why babies cry. Maybe they're hungry, feel sleepy, etc. Do you know how to take care babies? Life goes on everyday. People struggle on the consequences on life. Our llife has ups and downs and pros and cons. We must be ready to face the challenges. Just have faith in God and believe to yourself.

Although we're busy most of the time, we should find time to read news to know what's happening around us. Because of too much work and deep thinking, many suffer from stress. You can read articles about stress management and how to relieve it.
